Community Cat Connections was formed by a group of people who saw a need to support the humans who are volunteering their time & energy to the Trapping and Transporting of Community /Feral cats in Green Cove Springs, FL.
TNVR (short for Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, and Return) is a safe and helpful way to care for feral, community or stray cats. These cats are caught in a humane trap, transported to be fixed and vaccinated, and then returned to where they were found.
It prevents more kittens from being born.
It helps stop loud noises, fighting, and spraying.
It protects cats and people by reducing diseases like rabies.
It keeps cats out of shelters, where space is limited.
Cats help by keeping away rats and mice
Community cats live outside. They may be friendly or shy. Some people feed or care for them.
Feral cats are wild and usually avoid people.
